After iOS 18.2, a small number of users experienced crashes when opening the enterprise app.

10:17:34.335397+0900 Process SpringBoard Bootstrapping failed for <FBApplicationProcess: 0x4d8eca700; app<com.a.b.c>:<invalid>> with error: <NSError: 0x300a3d1d0; domain: RBSRequestErrorDomain; code: 5; "Launch failed."> { NSUnderlyingError = <NSError: 0x300a54090; domain: NSPOSIXErrorDomain; code: 85> { NSLocalizedDescription = Launchd job spawn failed; }; }

After the user deleted the installation package and reinstalled it, the app crashed immediately upon launch without prompting the process to trust the enterprise certificate.

Can you collect some diagnostics and file a bug report with them so I can look into this? Please see this other forums thread post for the details of what I need.

Once you have that bug filed with a sysdiagnose attached, please send me the FB number so I can take a look.

There's an issue addressed in iOS 18.5 beta 3 which might resolve this for you. Without the bug report number from my prior post, I can't be sure if this is your issue or not. Here is the release note to look at:

Resolved Issues

Fixed: Some enterprise apps might not launch. If you experienced this issue on iOS 18 or later, uninstall all enterprise apps from the device and reinstall them.

If you test on iOS 18.5 beta 3, and still find that your apps can’t launch after following those instructions, please file a bug report with a sysdiagnose attached. Once the report is filed, please post the FB number here so that I can follow-up on it.
