Budget Budgie is a straightforward budgeting app for anyone who gets overwhelmed by budgeting! Most people who don’t budget their expenditures don’t know where to begin. Linking bank accounts, debit accounts, credit cards can be scary. Too many graphs and charts is distracting. AI integration is confusing. This all adds up to people giving up before they begin. Check out the first public build of Budget Budgie and please provide feedback as described in the TestFlight. Thanks!

Hi Everyone, We’re inviting 25 additional beta testers (U.S. only) to try out our iOS personal finance app — now available on TestFlight — as we gear up for public release. We previously posted here and received great feedback, and we’re excited to welcome more testers to help refine the experience. 📱 About the App: Our app offers a holistic view of your finances by automatically tracking your income, expenses, assets, liabilities, net worth, and cash flow — all in one clean and responsive interface. 🔑 Key Features: 🔗 Connect your financial accounts: Checking, savings, credit cards, loans, 401(k), IRA, 529, CDs, and more. 📊 See where your money goes: Transaction history, category trends, and spending patterns over time. ✏️ Manual controls: Add/edit transactions manually and include/exclude items from calculations. 🧠 AI-powered assistant: Ask financial questions in natural language and get personalized insights instantly (This is experimental as of now). This is based on summarized financial data and no personal information is used. 🔔 Smart, Customizable Notifications: Low balance alerts (checking/savings) * If a connected bank account has low balance then receive the alert High-value transaction alerts * We will send out an alert when we detect any high value transaction posted in any of your connected accounts Loan balance alerts (total liabilities) * When your total loan balance crosses a certain amount Asset balance alerts * When your total asset crosses a certain amount Monthly budget alerts * Keep track of your total monthly budget by tracking actuals against budget (e.g., receive alert when 80% of budget is spent) Disconnected account alerts (prompting users to relink) All thresholds are user-defined, and alerts are sent in real time (there is some lag in getting the financial transactions in our app depending on the financial institution, however we send the alerts as soon as we detect it) to help users stay informed 🔐 Privacy & Security: Data is encrypted end-to-end No personal information is used for model training Users have full control over what’s included in calculations 🧪 Join the Beta (U.S. Users Only): https://testflight.apple.com/join/3QwmcB9B The beta is free, takes few minutes to join, and we’d love your feedback to help us make the app even better. Thank you for supporting early-stage app development! To help us monitor performance during this early beta, we kindly ask that you connect up to 5 financial accounts for now. This helps ensure stability and smoother feedback collection.

Hello everyone, I've been working on my first-ever app, a budgeting app that aims to put you in total control of your money, without needing to compromise your data privacy. The app is based on the envelope budgeting method, where every dollar is assigned a specific job. You can: Create and manage your own custom spending categories Track your expenses and income across multiple accounts Set monthly spending goals for each category Always see exactly how much money you have available to spend Some key things that set this app apart: No sign-up or account creation required — just download the app and start budgeting All your data stays completely private on your own device — nothing is ever sent to a server The app is fully functional offline — you don't need an internet connection to use it Tailor the app to your specific needs with custom categories, goals, and account types If you're someone who's into personal finance and budgeting, or if you're just looking for a more private and secure way to manage your money, I'd love for you to give this app a try. The app is currently in beta, and I'm seeking thoughtful, detailed feedback to make it the best budgeting tool it can be. Whether it's bug reports, UI/UX suggestions, feature requests, or just general thoughts on your experience, your input will be invaluable in shaping the future of the app. Thanks in advance to all the testers out there — I'm excited to build something great together!

Hello Everyone, We’re excited to invite you to beta test our Personal Financial Planning iPhone app (available in the U.S.). This app lets you add and monitor a wide range of financial accounts in one place—credit cards, checking/savings accounts, brokerages, retirement accounts, mortgages, private student loans, and more—providing a holistic overview of your finances. Security, privacy, and user control are our top priorities. We’ve taken significant steps to protect your data. We do not collect any personally identifiable information and do not share your data with third parties for advertisements or marketing. We’d greatly value your feedback on the following: Account Connectivity: How easy is it to connect various financial accounts? Historical Trend Accuracy: Do the historical trends (overall and category-specific) accurately reflect your financial data? Personalized Insights (Experimental Feature): Try the automated insights feature, accessible via the chat function by clicking the circular logo in the bottom menu. Are the insights relevant and helpful? Notifications System: Do budget notifications trigger correctly and provide timely, useful reminders? User Interface (UI) Navigation: Is the app easy to navigate? Share any suggestions for improving the layout or usability. Categorization: Are your transactions/asset/liability categorized accurately? Exclusions: Every transaction, asset, or liability can be included (default) or excluded from calculations. Is this feature intuitive and useful? Overall Stability and Performance: Report any crashes, slow loading times, or bugs. Feature Suggestions: Let us know if there are any missing features or improvements you’d like to see. You can review our Security and Privacy Policies directly within the app. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the app’s features or anything else. Important: As part of this beta test, we currently support up to 5 financial account connections per user. Thank you for helping us create a better financial planning experience!

Hey everyone 👋 I'm excited to share MNTHLY, my first iOS app, and I'm looking for beta testers to help me refine it before launch. As a self-taught developer, this is my first serious programming project, and I've poured a lot of passion into it. MNTHLY is a bills and subscriptions tracking app that helps you keep track of your recurring expenses. You can organize your bills using tags, and view averages by month and tag to gain insights into your spending. Technologies and Features: SwiftUI CoreData with CloudKit Notifications In-App Purchases for subscriptions I'm eager to get feedback on usability, performance, and any bugs you might encounter. Your insights will be incredibly valuable in helping me improve the app. Feel free to share any thoughts, suggestions, or questions. Thank you for considering, and happy testing! 😄
