We submitted our apps on June 26th 2025, in order to make them available to our customers. To date, we have heard nothing from the AppStore Connect team.
The availability of these apps on the store is vital to the operation of our company, since our customers are eagerly awaiting their use, which is a drag on our sales.
It's frustrating not to have a faster service, especially as we pay an annual fee, without having more information on potential slowdowns such as during the Christmas period.
Any help or visibility would be appreciated
