I'm trying to update to BETA 2 but my mac mini does not see the update and keeps telling me that my machine is up to date.
How do I get the latest BETA 2?

In System Settings, sign in with an Apple Account enrolled in the Apple Developer Program (free or paid), and the new beta will appear in Software Update.
