Since Sun 15th Jun 04:30 (UTC+7) we received lots of following error that causes our device test failure. Could Apple please investigate further?

We are experiencing the same.
We are currently having a downtime due to this issue
We're also facing the same issue across multiple production apps, and the error appears consistent on iOS:
