Hoping this is the right place to post.

My app submission was rejected as my support url doesn't include a way to contact the developer. My previous app didn't have this problem, but the rules have changed now.

Does anyone have any tips/templates that could be used to create a site that allows comms. I already own my own domain.

Do you use a site generator to create your web site ?

If so, they usually have tools or plugins to create contact forms.

For instance, if you use WordPress:

there are templates which include directly a contact form generator
or you can add a plugin, such as contact-form 7
and there are detailed tutorials for using: such as: https://wpmarmite.com/en/contact-form-7/

For WordPress, the Contac-Form 7 plugin is really good and creates customizable templates, even though it's free. However, there are other paid plugins, such as Gravity Forms or WPForms.
