Console.app keeps jumping back to the top when Now mode enabled

Issue in now mode in console

Reproduce steps:

open /private/var/log/com.apple.xpc.launchd/launchd.log in console app
click now to enable it
wait for system to write some to the log.
instead of tailling log, it comes to the start of log.

I have filed a bug 3 months back FB16849784

it is not resolved yet.
