I'm pretty excited for the all new iOS 26 redesign, but what I'm most excited for is the call screening feature to avoid unwanted calls.
I downloaded the developer's beta on my secondary device to report bugs, but call screening doesn't work on it even though it's turned on. I already sent a feedback report, but I'm not sure if it's just a beta bug or that my iPhone won't support it. I haven't found much info about it.
It's a 2nd gen SE.

Is there an option for call screening? You mentioned that "it's turned on," so I assume you've enabled it in the Settings app somewhere?
If so, call screening will be available on your 2nd-gen iPhone SE. The fact it's not working is probably a bug, and the fact you've raised it in the right place is the right thing to do.
(Apple have never put a setting in the Settings app for a feature that simply isn't available on that iPhone. Imagine the customer complaints!)

Two follow up points on this:
The feature itself is currently supported on all devices running iOS 26.
It is NOT supported on all device configurations. Quoting this footnote on our announcement page:
"Available in Cantonese (China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao), English, French (Canada, France), German (Germany), Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese (China mainland, Macao, Taiwan), Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish (Mexico, Puerto Rico, Spain, U.S.)."
I'm still looking into exactly what that corresponds to in terms of device configurations, but there are configurations that don't work. Having said that:
...call screening doesn't work on it even though it's turned on.
...our UI shouldn't have let you "turn it on" if the configuration wasn't going to work.
