We submitted our apps on May 19, 2025, in order to make them available to our new customers. To date, we have heard nothing from the AppStore Connect team.
We tried to delete the submission of one of our apps and try again the process on May 23, but this too was unsuccessful.
The availability of these apps on the store is vital to the operation of our company, since our customers are eagerly awaiting their use, which is a drag on our sales.
It's frustrating not to have a faster service, especially as we pay an annual fee, without having more information on potential slowdowns such as during the Christmas period.
