App Review Delayed for Over 100 Hours – Need Guidance

Hello everyone,

I submitted an app titled “المدينة” (Submission ID: 421022ff-da85-421e-b9b0-0381c26cad78) to the App Store, and it has been “In Review” since May 19 at 3:05 PM, now over 100 hours without any status update.

I have already submitted a formal legal opinion confirming compliance with Apple’s guidelines, followed up multiple times, and even scheduled an App Review appointment (earliest available date was next Tuesday). However, the delay is affecting a time-sensitive launch with potential contractual penalties.

I understand some reviews take longer, but I’d be grateful if anyone from the team or community could provide insight or suggest any further action I can take to help move the review forward.
