I have submitted a DTS ticket one week ago but did not receive any response

To solve a problem with my app I submitted a DTS ticket one week ago (13097367) but beside the automated response I received no feedback or help. The ticket is also not listed in the list of DTS tickets in my Developer Account dashboard. How can I check, if the ticket has been received correctly and is being processed?

Thanks!

I’m gonna respond to the DTS policy side of this here. You already started a thread to discuss your technical issue and I recommend that you use that for the technical issue you’re trying to resolve. It’s not like I can help you with SwiftUI problems (-:

Coming back to DTS policy, note that DTS is heavily involved in WWDC preparation, so things are delayed more than usual. However, that’s not really the main issue here. Rather, DTS has changed policy.

That policy change is pretty straightforward: We now put a lot more emphasis on the forums. And the rationale for that is also straightforward: If we answer on the forums, all developers benefit from our answers. It’s a massive force multiplier.

Oh, and we also benefit from a significant number of non-DTS contributors, from both inside and outside of Apple. My heartfelt thanks to all of those folks.

Now, the nature of priorities is that, for us to give something more emphasis we have to give something else less, and in this case that means one-on-one support. While DTS still offers one-on-one support — see DTS code-level support request — we redirect the vast majority of such requests to the forums. In most cases, we’ll only accept a one-on-one support request if there’s a specific reason why we can’t answer it in public, for example, because we need to get some personally info from you that’s not appropriate to post on the public forums.

These days the best way to get help is to start on the forums. I have some general hints and tips on how to use the forums effectively in Quinn’s Top Ten DevForums Tips. I wanna put specific emphasis on tip 4, that is, choosing your topic, subtopic, and tags. That’s the best way to get your thread noticed by the relevant folks.

Hi @Agenor, thanks for flagging this. We've responded to the Code Level Incident and I'm happy to continue the conversation here on the forums if you have any specific questions.

Another week without feedback to my DTS Ticket. Is there anything I can do, to get help?
