Dear Apple Support team,
I'm reaching out to get more information on the process and time it takes to switch from individual to organization membership. The process has been initiated on April 1st with a couple of back and forth exchanges with support. I don't have visibility and this delay is worrying as the app is central to my company.
Could you please come back to me and let me know: 1- if there's any extra information you need 2- how we can speed this process 3- when this will be solved
Thank you in advance for any insight, I'm running a small business and this is quite stressful.
