Over 4 days app still in Waiting for Review

Hi,

I have submitted my app for review since Apr 9, 2025. On Apr 10, 2025, I don't see any review so i cancel then resubmit. Today is Apr 14, it still in Waiting for Review status. Please help me look into this issue. We need to release it app. AppleID: 6744261681
