My server's access to Apple's payment interface (buy. itunes. apple. com/verifiyReceipt) has been unresponsive since the end of March, and I have been searching for a long time without finding any issues. Normally, even if the data is incorrect, there is still a {"status": 21000} response. We are using Alibaba Cloud's virtual servers here.
