I have seen that answer and i have raised the ticket but it has been more than 30 days still no progress @DTS Engineer

@DTS Engineer , I had already seen that thread and have contacted support from the same link that you have posted in the thread. It has been 3 months but still i haven't received any reply from the support ! I also noticed a strange behavior with my membership. My membership status shows "active" but in some pages it shows to enroll in the membership and when i click to enroll now, it shows you are already enrolled ! KIndly help
