support destinations have no Apple Watch, I tried delete the watch App target and recreate watch App for Existing app, but if is unuseful

Which target are you trying this on?
If it's your iOS app, Apple Watch won't appear because you can't deploy an iOS target to an Apple Watch.
I find a solution supported platforms select watchOS then you can select Apple Watch. I have always believed that Xcode will config the target automatically
