Cannot see Beta Update option for Developer Beta (no matter the device platform)

Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app.

Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta.

As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately.

My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.

I’ve had the exact same problem since ios17 beta. Cannot get the developer beta to show up. Just today received an email from support stating they are only there for problems with coding stuff. Strange because i used the support for account related things….

but I have never seen this problem fixed up until now. I read something that someone hat ape check their account and that they corrected something but I never saw any confirmation for that. And given the response I just got from support I doubt it.

Thread resurrection.

I'm too having this exact same issue - no matter what I do I cannot get the option to download over the air updates for developer beta software.

I've called and spoken with Apple support, who have washed their hands of it, stating that they don't support beta software - which ironically I haven't managed to get to install yet, so this is nothing more than an account issue.

Has anybody found the issue, where despite having a valid developer account, you are unable to access the developer beta software over the air, even though you are able to download the ipsw files from the portal?
