I recently enrolled to the Apple Developer Program on Monday (July 22nd) as an individual with a different appleID as apparently there were some issues with my current one. While using the new appleID, I didn't have any kind of problem during the process. Later that night I received an email telling me that I had access to the Apple Developer Program. I didn't check it at that moment as it was late and tried the next day (July 23rd). To my surprise, I found out that my account had been blocked and could not log in. Apple asked my phone number and I provided it so I could regain access to my account. However, today in the morning I received a response telling me that my request was denied. I tried calling several times but could not reach any person who could help me, the call always got stuck on the bot that greets users. I tried so many times that the call option got blocked as well. I would really like some help, an explanation why this happened and regain access to my account as it was my first step as a developer and it is really frustrating that this situation happened. I know this forum won't give me the exact answer as it would require to provide further information, which I'm willing to do but to the corresponding person. In case anyone could provide an alternative to contact Apple I would really appreciate it. Emails and calls don't seem to work anymore.
I look forward to your response,
Gonzalo Leon
