I have found that many of you face a problem with creating a developer account and more specifically with the enroll step.
Apparently I'm having the same problem, if I go through the web process it cancels the transaction for no reason, while through the Developer app it doesn't go through because of a connection error.
I have tried 4-5 different cards (for the payment) all in the same name, while as far as the application is concerned I have tried with different internet networks, nevertheless I have not found a solution.
Is there anyone who could help?
