UI Tests are not running on Xcode Cloud CI pipeline, due to add-to-app flutter modules being present

The application is not able to run on CI as the Flutter engine is crashing. Can see the same behaviour on external device when ran in debug mode and the debugger(XCODE) is disconnected and launching the application. It runs fine locally when connected to Xcode.

does anyone have some inputs on how to resolve this?
